'This bill will dismantle the layers of propaganda used by the communist regime to control the people. A free press must reign supreme. The government will however maintain funding for a national broadcasting service over both radio and television, to be known as the Telamon Broadcasting Corporation. This will be a non profit making organisation with a focus on unbiased news and educational programming. Although supported by the government, it will be independent of the state and the government shall have no input whatsoever into its editorial and programming policies.'
