| National Alert System --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The National Alert System shall be activated during the following: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I: Terrorist Attack II: Domestic Crisis III: natural Disaster/Natural Event IV: War V: State Declared National Emergency -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Section One, -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1) The national emergency system shall advise people what to do during the stated above. 2) The national emergency system shall be nationally tested every 4 months on the 1st day of each test. 3) The national emergency system shall be updated every year. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Section Two, (Funding for the National Emergency System) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1)The national emergency system shall be incorporated in the defense budget. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ===================================== Additions to the Alert System ===================================== --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Safety Locations Section One, 1) Safety locations shall be set up for the gathering of people during times of crisis. 2) Safety locations will be televised during the emergency system broadcast. 3) Safety locations will ensure the safety of citizens during times of crisis. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ==__Section B:__== 1) Safety locations will only be activated during the following: 2) Marshal Law 3) Activation of the The Unlimited Powers-Emergency Powers Act of 3140 (passed in July 3241) 4) Civil War 5) Food/Water crisis 6) Chemical/Biological terrorist attack. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Section C Safety Location Supplies 1) It is demanded that all safety locations hold first aid and medical supplies for when needed. 2) Each Location shall be given a certain number of food rations. 3) Food rations may be requested based on number of people in the Safety Locations --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Safety Location Defense Section One, 1) There must be at least one armored vehicle stationed at each safety location. 2) At least 50 soldiers at one safety location. 3) A command center shall be established for operations. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- National Broadcast Alert System Updated: A required test for the National Emergency Broadcast System must be tested each week, on every Tuesday.
