| Mr Speaker, Dorvik faces a skills crisis if it does not devolute some education to less complicated institutions such as vocational schools and colleges. Other institutions such as these have the advantage of focusing on practical skills (which benefit trades) where as Universities can focus their efforts entirely on much smarter subjects suchs as mathematics and science. We believe that by doing this we can save money in Education as well as precious resources and time training, as well as allow Dorvish who would prefer to take up trade-based skills to become qualified earlier and at less of a cost to themselves and their families.
