Bill: NKC Civil Reform Addition Bill of 3292
Details
Submitted by[?]: National Kazulian Conservatives
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 3293
Description[?]:
Due to our bills being practically filibustered in the Division Lobby, I would wish to see the reform that was in the failing NKC Civil Liberties Reform Act of 3291(Article 3) Passed, as due to the fact that public nudity is an offense by law, that means sexual implicit actions should also be by default, an offense. Otherwise a loophole for being de-clothed in public would be tossed off, and the offender could actually legally state that he was sexually implicit in action, and thus potentially avoid arrest or conviction. I hope my fellow parties can see the reasoning behind this, and as always, I will give reasonable time to debate (Janurary 3293) before moving it to the division lobby. I thank the assembly of his Majesty's Diet of Viscounts for their time and consideration. |

Article 1

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature. |
