| Seeing that it is only fair and just that a woman have absolute, unalienable power over here body, this bill, if made into law, would abolish previous restrictions and allow privately-funded abortions for any woman and for any reason until the end of the second trimester, and provide appropriate national healthcare support to women under 22 or in grave danger or who are likely to give birth to an ill or deformed child if the pregnancy should continue. |
