| Upon becoming law, this bill would mandate 14 hours a week of education in a functional trade (to be determined at the local government's discretion) and 4 hours a week in science or mathematics or literature or a foreign language for all prisoners over the age of 18, and 25 hours of general education and 10 in a trade for all prisoners between the ages of 10 and 18, in all prisons in the Crownlands of Hulstria. |
