Submitted by[?]: Royal Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 2151

Description[?]:

Both tele-communication and traintransportation is low in all the nations provinces. I suggest that we put up a legislation saying that the government should initially finance a larger investment into this areas to "put us on the track" so to say... After that we can vote again wether we governemnt should keep the maintenace or if private sector should take over. We have legislation over the powergrid like this.

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there.

Random quote: "I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it." - Thomas Jefferson
