We sit upon geysers of crude oil, yet those in rural desert areas must wait until they are deemed a proper "investment" before recieving cheap and easy electrical access. We must remove the power over power from oligarchs and foreigners and give to the people their rightful inheritance. Power to the people. Power for the people!
