| Currently, our Finance Minister has a budget of 12,500,000,000 BEL per year. If this bill is passed, we will spend 2,500,000,000 BEL, per year, to fund the Institute of Economic Research in Mordusia. This will leave the Finance Ministry with 10,000,000,000 BEL per year, but we believe there are decent benefits of spending money on this project, mainly that it will help us to improve the efficiency of our own Finance Ministry by cutting down overwhelming and expensive bureaucracy that it currently takes for us to find or produce the most simple reports. We plan to send some of our own college students, and researchers, to the institute to allow them to gain experience in the areas of finance and economics. They will run investigations on Beluzia's own economy as a subject of study. We will surely benefit from that, as well as the educated students that come back to work in our ministries. |
