| "Under Deltarian Law it is stated that the President may activate emergency powers in the case of war or emergency with the approval of the legislature. DUCE preposes that we give support to the Barmenians in their war against the armies of Davostag. The Davostani owe money to the Barmenians, and refuse to pay it. We ask the National Forum for approval to declare war on the Davostani and to support the Barmenians. We also call upon the legislature to activate the President's emergency powers, which include the ability to declare war on any nation, take executive control over the Deltarian Armed Forces, coordinate the cabinet, etc. " - Ardiana Daris, Executive Prolocutor This bill will pass with 66% of the vote or more. |
