The Indigenous Homeland Act is to work in conjunction with the Apartheid Act which was passed in March 3318.

Article I
Designated Inheemse Tuislands (Duntrekaans for "Indigenous Homelands), simply known as Tuislands, will be marked for the following ethnic groups:
Ikpi
Iftgoerroons

Article II
The following ethnic groups will not be alotted Tuislands and therefore will be able to live anywhere they so choose to do so, outside of the designated Inheemse Tuislands:
Duntrekkers
Euphitriens

Article III
All Ikpi people will be required to live in their Tuislands.

Article IV
Iftgoerroons who posses at least one parent of strong, Ikpi origin will be required to live in their Tuislands.

Iftgoerroons who do not posses a parent of strong, Ikpi origin will not be required to live in a Tuisland.

If it cannot be decided whether a parent is of strong, Ikpi origin or not, then the individual him or herself will be evaluated to decide if he/she is of strong, Ikpi origin.

Article V
In order to enter or exit a Tuisland, one needs a proper identification card and with proper employment status documentation.

Article VI
It is illegal for an individual who is not required to live in an Inheemse Tuisland to enter one without proper government documentation.

Article VII
Local governments will be in charge of the maintenance of the Tuislands. However, the national government will closely monitor them for efficiency in maintaining the status and integrity of the Tuislands and the Inheemse Tuisland system that will be in place.

The national government has the right to take control of any Tuisland that it feels is not be properly run.

Article VIII
It is illegal for anyone who is not required to live in a Tuisland to marry, or carry on a relationship with, anyone who is required to live in a Tuisland. The penalty for this is a minimum of two years imprisonment and a maximum of seven years imprisonment.

Article IX
Those required to live in a Inheemse Tuisland will only be allowed to have one child. If two individuals have more than one child, they will face legal penalty that can be in the form of a fine or imprisonment.
