(We'll work on that later). FOR NOW ADULTHOOD SHALL BE DETERMINED BY INCLUSION IN THE ROYAL RED ARMY. Military service IS mandatory. And if you're in the military, you aren't a foreigner. So welcome, Vangaurd! You now have the chance to own land and vote! -Only gated communities are allowed.- Vanguards shall be entitled to work within the Central Committees. In olden-times, these were Palaces and Castles and such. But now, we are enlightened Communists, and all is equal AMONGST THE VANGUARDS Serfs shall be those foreign-born, or the off-spring of illegal political party members. They shall be made to work the fields, owned by the Vanguards THEY ARE CAPITALISTS AND SHALL BE FORCED INTO PROLETARIANISM Each Central Committee of 5 to 555 Vanguards (dependent upon regional population) will elect a General Secretary. He shall have Communal Lordship over the Sultanate. This allows for Feudal skirmishes and some regional powers (Paramilitaries are legal now, with General Secretaries wielding power over the Vanguards, who have the Serfs, who ARE DIRT FARMER CAPITALISTS AND NOT PART OF THE RED FUTURE) These will all be overseen by the Chairman of the Communist Party and the Chairman of the Socialist Party, of course. The Red Monarchs, the Sultans, etc. etc. Also; -All nationals are required to register as a member of a race- Shall refer to Badaran Pure and Foreign-Borns. Not race. But. No, they are pretty much races. Our nation is a race. It is now. -The nation does not allow any visitors unless a specific permit is authorized by the Foreign Minister.- Yes we're done.
