Old value:: The government determines which missionaries are permitted to visit on a person by person basis.
Current: The government requires foreign missionaries to register with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The governments stance on religious schools.
Old value:: All schools are required to be religious in nature.
Current: Any religion may set up a school, but they are strictly regulated.
Proposed: Any religion may set up a school, with no regulations.

Old value:: Teacher-led prayers are mandatory in schools.
Current: Teacher-led prayers in schools are forbidden.
