Purpose:
To provide a ritualized training program, sorting out the weak and cowardly to improve the quality of our citizenry and create elite soldiers to perform the most dangerous missions in war.

Eligibility:
The sons of Citizens, and the sons of Commoners who have showed their worth by performing acts of valor in war (Semi-Citizens).

Procedure:
- At age 8, the boy will be taken away from his mother and placed in a training camp for the next 10 years.
- He will be taught, in increasing level of difficulty:
- Physical exercise - strenght and endurance.
- Fighting, using everything from modern firearms to his bare hands.
- Survival skills.
- Withstanding hunger, pain, and the harshness of the elements.
- To show no cowardice in deadly situations.
- To not fear death at all.
- To not be attached to wealth or pleasure.
- To honour his Nation and God.
- He will have passed his test when at the end of his training, he has killed his first foe on his own, without being caught in the act.
- After Agoge the boy, who is now a Man, will be allowed to marry his woman.

Reward:
- Those who pass through Agoge successfully will gain Citizenship.
- Those who fail or refuse to go through will be demoted to Commoner status.
