"As authorized by Parliament many years ago, we are just now finished planning the construction of the International center that will house all embassies as reception hall, meeting rooms, guest quarters, etc.. The Telamonese Office of Embassy Relations, a secretariat under the Ministry of Foreign Relations, shall be housed in this building. We ask parliament to allot the sum 35 milliion TPD of for the development of the facilities, that shall be state of the art and the building shall be reinforced to withstand oncoming tank fire and shall be equipped with an underground bomb shelter."
