| BY ORDER OF His Royal Majesty David Victor III Kansar, High King of the Tela, King of New Majatra, and King-in-Exile of the Solentians, 2nd Duke of Telapolis and 1st Duke of Nordhelm, Lord of the Five Kingdoms and Protector of the Realm; The following patents of nobility are extended officially to those named, in recognition of great service to the Five Kingdoms of Telamon or exceeding merit and strength of character: HRM Michael Victor III of the House of Kansar, Prince of Telamon, King of Lirona; for loyalty befitting a King of His Royal Majesty's Realm, is hereforth granted the hereditary title "Archduke of Valeria," the capital city of His Kingdom of Lirona.
