The National Assembly hereby recognizes the establishment of the Department of Nuclear & Biochemical Weapon Oversight (NBWO) within the Ministry of Defense.

The NBWO shall oversee the proper storage and maintenance of Tukarali's nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons. Additionally the department will monitor the operations of weapons scientists and ensure that all weapons production is meeting require standards. The weapons development monitors will also ensure that all research is conducted within safe environments which pose absolutely no risk to public health and safety.
