| Reason for proposing this legislation is to reduce the difference in respect of Child Benefit between provinces. In some provinces uses of Child Benefit are large, so from last report of Bureau of Statistics we can see great internal migration of poor people from one province to another. So Federal government propose that we raise the issue of Child benefit to the federal level. Debate start in April 3366 |
