Bill: Elections Act, 3378
Details
Submitted by[?]: National Renewal Alliance
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 3379
Description[?]:
This bill alterates the method used to determine the number of seats each region receives in the national legislature as well as reduce the length of a legislative and executive terms. We find that it should be given smaller regions a bigger chance to speak up and a more appropriate opportunity to participate in our country's decisions. We also find the length of the mentioned terms too long and therefore we propose a more dynamic electoral proccess. That said, we put on the bill for the Royal Sanhedrin and Congregation of Faith of Beiteynu's vote. |
