Bill: Re-Assignment of Seats
Details
Submitted by[?]: Beluz Democratic Karavist Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 3384
Description[?]:
Since the 2 Northern counties have seceded from the Union, the Union only has 59-60 seats. It's traditional for the Union to have 99 seats. As a result, this bill proposes to share 99 seats among the 3 remaining states in the Union. To do this, we will need to add 66 seats to the federal total. -- This is not a peace agreement. It does not change the status of relations between the North and the Union. Since the Union has already recognised the independence of the North, this is just a further step to give them de jure independence. |
