This act irons out some flaws.
1. The state ceases to provide free telephone services; instead, private companies can take over.
2. Prostitution is no longer a state-monopoly business; it is a legal and regulated private profession.
3. The government privatises industrial companies.
4. The government privatises infrastructure maintenance.
5. Vaccinations are no longer mandatory.
6. The governent funds museums to some extent, but now ceases to run them directly.
7. An addition to our newly-passed power grid and power plant regulations, this clause makes the output private also.
8. Minimum income is abolished.
9. If they stick to regulations, animal testing for cosmetics is now allowed.
10. Population growth is encouraged to prevent a disproportionate ratio of elderly people to working-age people from becoming a severe burden to the labour market and pension system.
