| The Red Vanguard Dominion propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the People's Vanguardship of Badara. THE HEAD OF GOVERNMENT Is far more than just a paycheck to Jalal. It is responsible for Maintenance of The Vanguard Tower of The Eternal Guide, The Library of The Eternal Guide, Our Brotherly Leader's Stadium, Jalalgeist Film Productions Studio, and Statue Erection Squads 69 & 42. IT NEEDS MORE MONEY Also Defense needs plenty more. For no reason. We also need transport planes and ships. To move massive amounts of troops out of Al'Badara and into, hypothetically, some other sovereign territory of land and trees and people. AND WITH ADVANCES IN SCIENCE We can cut back on our food budget and let machinery take hold. We can also reel back our enormous funding, since the space program collapsed with the Technosocialists departure. |
