| The Vuntätten (House of Vunt) propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the De Fem Kungadömena av Telamon. We propose a 1 Billion TPD increase in Defence spending to support HRM the High King's military initiative. This initiative proposes a grand strengthening of all branches, specifically the Royal Navy and Royal Air Force. Part of the increase will be spent in training new sailors, engineers,and pilots, while the rest will go to establishing the Royal Ports and Shipyards of Telamon, based in Parah, New Majatra, Telamon. The Port of Parah shall serve as principal port, while Kiripolis, Lirona and Sildonia, Sevescia shall jointly serve as the principal shipyards, with Sildonia focusing on smaller, guard vessels and Kiripolis focusing on battleships and the like. Once approved, we expect the first two sample ships to be produced from these yards in three years, after which, production will be drastically increased. Also, in regards to the Royal Homeland Guard and the Royal Reserve, each of HRM the High King's governors, the Kings of his realms, shall be appointed as the heads of the forces in their respective realms, to be assigned by my ministry. HRM the High King shall make appointments to Royal Family members and other royals in the nation to military positions at a later date.
