This Act is to ensure safety within Jelbania. A curfew is necessary to possibly lessen the crime rate, as well as set a certain standard for minors to be off the streets and public property. Curfew time of 10:30 pm on weekdays, and 12:00 on weekends. A police force funded by local governments creates a less of a tax burden upon the national budget. |
