Be it decreed by this Diet, -That certain animals that are deemed to be on the verge of extinction unless intervention is taken immediately be protected from hunting and harm. -That in order to help save these animals, that only governmental licensed centers be allowed to have these animals in captivity so as to help maintain a stable and hopefully growing population. So it is done. |
