| Keymon has little need for a military force these days. We are a peaceful nation that is, simply put, an economic powerhouse. We should be the capital of education and science in the world, and we strive to be the world's leaders in technology. Therefore, we propose further appropriation of the government's budget into the Science and Technology sector, to build a brighter future for Keymon. Furthermore, we propose that approximately 65% of Keymon's Sci&Tech budget be redirected for use to the Byss Corporation, who are leaders in the fields of biostasis and genetic manipulation.
