| Proposal 1 Insurance for every citizen must be made compulsory. A minimum insurance amount of 10000 RUT Proposal 2 Government bears all costs relating to AIDS, POLIO, TETANUS and Diphtheria whenever a child is inflicted with the said diseases. Proposal 3 Fathers consent must be made compulsory for abortion. Proposal 4 A super speciality facility in every district. Proposal 5 Upgrading all existing emergency facilities. Proposal 6 In cases of suicide attempts, murder attempts or accidents, doctors failing to provide necessary first aid or take necessary action, the doctors will be banned from service for 1 year and may face Imprisonment up to 6 months along with a fine of 1000 KD. Proposal 7 Ultra sound scanners shall not reveal the gender of the unborn child as this may lead to gender discrimination and lead to abortion. Proposal 8 Creation of an emergency fund for every hospital so that funds from here can be used in times of emergency or when funds allocation is delayed. |
