RESOLVED: 1) That the Imperial Diet, in order to honour the memory of the late Thomas, Graf Michels, decides to sponsor an international Graf Michels Prize for those whose commitment to freedom, human rights, democracy, tolerance, the rule of law and peace throughout the world is exceptional, to be awarded every year on the 15th of September based on the recommendation of a committee appointed by the Diet once in every one of its sessions; 2) That the Imperial Diet wholeheartedly endorses the intention of the Crownland Government of Hilgar to commission a statue dedicated to the memory of His Imperial and Heavenly Majesty, Mikado Okatori Kurosawa, to be placed near its buildings in Miyako, and offers partial financial support pending the costings; 3) That the Imperial Diet calls upon the Staatsministerin to commission a statue dedicated to the memory of Thomas, Graf Michels, in his role as Father of the Constitution, to be positioned in the galleries surrounding the central square of the Imperial Diet Complex, pending costings. |
