| Noting the majority Deltarian population in Statrica; Further noting that this creates a situation whereby we are governing a population that is strongly pre-disposed to support a foreign power; Further noting that Deltaria has proposed that we sell Statrica to them, thus uniting the Deltarian population in Statrica with their mother country; Further noting that by selling Statrica to Deltaria we would cement good relations with Deltaria and establish a foundation on which to build further relations in the future; Be it resolved that should this bill pass the colony of Statrica will be sold to Deltaria for a sum of 5,000,000,000 LOD. This bill will require a 2/3 majority to pass. |
