| It is hearby established that the Congreso Nacional grants the Presidente with certain powers. 1. That the Presidente has the right to appoint their successor. 2. That the Presidente, barring changes to the constitution, may issue edicts for the good governance of the Republic. This act shall become law in perpetuity upon the unanimous vote of the Congreso Nacional. |
