Description[?]:

An 'offensive weapon' is defined as any article made or adapted for use to causing injury to the person, or intended by the person having it with him for such use.

The purchase, sale or production of equipment or materials that are deemed to be covered under the classification of an "offensive weapon" are banned. Any person(s) found in possession of and/or attempting to solicite a "weapon" will be fined a minimum of 10,000HCR and imprisoned for not less than 6 months. Any person(s) found either importing or producing "offensive weapons" for either sale or for possible criminal activity will be fined a minimum of 10,000HCR and imprisoned for not less than 24 months.

An "offensive weapon" is defined as, but not limited to:

A firearm;
A knife or serrated object with a blade of not less than 7cm;
A blunt instrument of weight more than 16 kilos;
Any form of retractable, "flick" or gravity knife with a tip of not less than 1cm;
Any form of projectile or launcher not contained within a recreation club or without appropriate licences;
Any weapon capable of firing a projectile with sufficient force to inflict more than a trivial injury ie. with sufficient force to puncture skin.

No types of weapon, deemed offensive or not, may be taken outside of those areas where usage of aforementioned weapons is allowed (i.e. crossbows are allowed within sports clubs). If weapons are not deemed offensive, but could be considered offensive in their use, then the police are entitled to confiscate said weapon, however it may be returned to the individual should they appeal and it be accepted.
