| (For record keeping purposes and to ensure that the treaty cannot be withdrawn from) This treaty shall act as the official vehicle of transfer of control and administration of territory under the sovereignty of the Northern Vascania, currently under jurisdiction of Malivia, to the Great Empire of Indrala. ARTICLE 1: Malivia shall transfer all its rights over the Northern Vascania to the Great Empire of Indrala. ARTICLE 2: The Great Empire of Indrala will transfer a sum of five billion LOD to Malivia. ARTICLE 3: This treaty shall only be meant as ceremonial, the termination of participation by either nation shall not constitute a reversal in the transfer of territory which shall be done on the national level in legislation of the respective nations. |
