| Art. 1. On passing of this bill with constitutional majority, all parties gaining a simple majority in a certain province when general elections occur will be considered the ruling party of the same province and will be allowed to nominate a Governor to be used for RP purposes. Art. 2. A Governor may not hold executive power in the Cabinet but is allowed to be a member of the Province Art. 3. The gubernatorial election will supposed to have been held at the same time as the general election; the term of office begins and ends at this date. |
