| Half a decade ago, the Kazuliar Socialist Labour Party proposed to the world a treaty binding nations together in a firm commitment to the principles of constitutional and civic republicanism. As we approach the fifteenth anniversary of the re-establishment of our Republic and our civic democracy, the Progress Party proposes that the National Assembly ratify that treaty as a way to ensure the stability and security of our republican system and ideology. We ask our coalition partners, the Aldurian Nationalists, and the Assembly's other left-wing group, the Democratic Socialist Party, to join us in ratifying this treaty as an additional check and balance against Royalist efforts to restore the corrupt and decadent monarchy of this country.
