Since it is an attack on Deltarian soil, it is a violation of the international law. We will aid the defense of Deltaria. Rildanor will put its troops at Lake Majatra and in coastal and city areas of Deltaria to aid Deltaria's defense.

Upon passage of this bill, we pledge 110,000 of our best troops at the service of His Imperial Majesty the Czar of Deltaria. 30,000 naval troops will be led by Jean-Frédéric Léonor de Saint-Mauris d'Artagnan, Amiral de Rildanor, 60,000 army troops will be led by Bertrand Pétain, Général d'armée, and 20,000 air force troops will be led by Denis de Saint-Exupéry Général d'armée aérienne.

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election.
