Bill: Sales Tax Reduction Plan, Pt 2

Details

Submitted by[?]: Drania Cívica 🏴 시민당

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 3509

Description[?]:

Mr. Speaker,

Now that real numbers have been established for the projected revenues under the new sales tax and income tax plan, I propose the following adjustments to the budget. The Health and Education budgets are severely inflated beyond the necessary level, and therefore they will be the primary targets of the budget adjustment.

For the time being there will not be major changes to their budgetary allotments, only enough to balance the current budget outlook. However, I will pursue a third part to this plan where I will specifically address the possibility of reducing the raised income tax. But at the moment, priority one is balancing the budget.
