To ensure fair competition in the marketplace, and protect workers and consumers from monopolistic practices, all anticompetitive business activities, including trusts, cartels, and monopolies, are banned. Companies found engaging in these practices with criminal intent will be prosecuted by the Ministry of Justice, and may be broken up to ensure competition. |
