Bill: Ultimatum to Deltaria
Details

Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 3521
Description[?]:
The Czar of Deltaria has recently reaffirmed his claim to the Kingdom of Jelbania and Protector of the Jelbek Peoples. There is no "King of Jelbania" and there never will be ; the title was recently invented by Deltaria as an act of belligerence against our former Empire. President Krsyijkai Jeztri, the Clan-Chief of Jeztri is the one true Protector of the Jelbek Peoples. (evidence) http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=387927 Therefore, Deltaria has until 3530 to do the following... - Formally admit that "King of Jelbania" is a false, invented title, and drop all claim to it - Formally recognise Krsyijkai Jeztri as the Protector of the Jelbek Peoples In the meantime, the Jelbanian army will mobilise along the Deltarian border in wartime readiness to discourage the Czar from making any foolish decisions. As this is a mobilisation bill, it will require 50%+ of the legislature, plus approval from the parties controlling the President, Prime Minister, Defense Minister and Foreign Minister. Note that this ultimatum has already been publicly issued and noticed by the international community, so passing this bill will only affect the mobilisation of troops. |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
