| The "Foreign Policy Committee" will be established upon passage of this bill. It will be responsible for the development of foreign policy, and the oversight of the Foreign Affairs Ministry. The Minister of Foreign Affairs will be expected to consult them on most issues. There will be a federal total of 50 members.
