| Upon passage of this bill, the "Technology Council" will be established with the responsibility of overseeing the state's science and technology focuses. The Minister of Science/Technology is expected to consult the council on important matters. The council should discuss technological focuses, and propose directives to the legislature through the Minister of Science/Technology. There will be 200 members of this council, distributed among states depending on how progressive each state wishes to be: Norstavan - 51 Andalay - 47 Rapula - 37 Golavia - 34 Kregon - 31 |
