Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Seeing as the destruction of unique cultures in our game has become something frequent, and wanting to prevent this we enact the Cultural Protocols in order to protect our nation from this threat.

Culture: Upon passing, it shall be known that Valruzia officially adopts a Polish culture.

Influences: It shall maintain influences and be based on the current Polish culture, with Czech-like and Russian-like minorities in their respective regions.

Character Naming: It shall favour mostly Polish character naming. Understanding that there are other typical Slavic minorities, Czech and Russian (in Latin alphabet however) and very limited Lithuanian and Baltic character names.

Cultural Origins: Valruzian culture shall have its cultural origins from Trigunia.

- Valruzian (Polish), 90%
- Lodamese (American), 4%
- Deltarian Imperial (Slavic), 4%
- Other, 2%

Religions:
- Terran Patriarchal Church in Valruzia (Orthodox), 55%
- Yeudism (Judaism), 33%
- Other, 12%
