Description[?]:
As attempts to defuse the Deltarian-Jelbanian crisis by offering a population exchange have failed, we feel it is time to release our Deltarian minority from refugee camps. This will be achieved by reversing government legislation on illegal aliens back to its previous status, and by altering the ways in which we treat prisoners of war so that we can once again belong to that international community of civilised nations. We hope a recent ban on Paramilitaries, as well as emergency powers which have calmed tensions, will help to ensure their safety upon release. Those left weak and destitute by the Internal Refugee Provision scheme will need help re-integrating into society, so we propose positive discrimination policies which secure employment quotas for Deltarians and other marginalised groups. |
