In order to open up Jelbania to a wider group of people we propose to relax restrictions on who can claim citizenship in this country. We hope that Jelbeks from around Terra, and other people seeking a better life, will be welcomed with open arms. We also seek to lift temporary restrictions on international media imposed during the Deltarian Crisis, who are now free to operate within Jelbania. |
