| This Act will allow software creators to choose whether they wish to open or close their works, and to choose whether they wish to patent any software programming techniques that they may invent. This should allow them to be more creative and increase the Mordusian economy in the Software sector, without the creators having to worry about people stealing their hard work, and therefore, their profits. |
