Article 1: The Lower House of Luthori Raj Namviet shall be called the Congress, and shall have 500 members based off population districts of 10 million people. Article 2: The Upper House of Luthori Raj Namviet shall be called the Senate, and shall have 50 members. Each region shall have 2 Senators, and 2 additional Senators shall be given to the party with the most Senate seats. These two special Senators shall be the Senate Pro Temp and the President of the Senate.
