As a representative of the Realm of Luthori, I hereby swear in the new government of Pontesi as a colonial possession of the Realm of Luthori, a Republic forever, and free of tyranny. Until a formal treaty is signed, this act will legitimatize the following: Article 1: Luthori and Pontesi have a Non-Aggression Pact. Article 2: An attack on Luthori or Pontesi will be considered an attack on both. Article 3: Luthori and Pontesi will have free trade agreements. Article 4: Luthori shall summon the armed forces of Pontesi whenever commanded by the Luthori Protector of the Realm. Luthori shall have permission to create, established, and maintain naval and army bases on Pontesi for mutual security. Article 5: Pontesi citizens may immigrate to Luthori or any Realm of Luthori as a fundamental right. |
