Given the completely unacceptable escalation in terrorism and violence, the Interior Ministry proposes to create a new elite team devoted purely to counter terrorism in Dranland and the NUM.

- This organisation is to be called the Dranish Anti-Terror Squad (DATS)and will be headed.
- It is to be regarded as a branch of the Dranish Police force and so will fall under the authority and supervision of the Interior Ministry.
- It shall be made up of 2,300 specially trained officers, staff and investigators and will have an annual budget of 298.7 million DRA. A further 1.3 million is to be allocated for establishment related costs.
- DATS shall be head by a Commander, appointed by the Interior Ministry
