| In the event that a conflict arises between Jakania and Solentia for the rest of the decade, this act will allow the government to give financial assistance to Jakania if they plan to use expensive weaponry on Solentia. Jakania has been oppressed from all sides, and it is becoming stressful on the people to defend themselves. Let us aid them so that they have more of their own money to use on important things like food and healthcare. Our subsidy of Jakanian military affairs is only conditonal. We will not promote or fund any unnecessary war or conflict. The conditions are: - Jakania is in a major conflict with Solentia, which includes the use of expensive weapons. - December 3580 has not passed. |
