Bill: Leftwing Government

Details

Submitted by[?]: Dranish Union of Metzists

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 3578

Description[?]:

Given the GNP and KDF's absolutely disgusting budget proposal, we Metzists have decided to withdraw support from the Grand Coalition proposal. This here is a credible and solidly leftwing proposal which will command 210 seats in Parliament. The DUM will provide outside support of course.

DUM General Secretary

Random fact: Before creating a party organisation, check to see whether there are any existing organisations which cover the same agenda.

Random quote: "John Burroughs has stated that experimental study of animals in captivity is absolutely useless. Their character, their habits, their appetites undergo a complete transformation when torn from their soil in field and forest. With human nature caged in a narrow space, whipped daily into submission, how can we speak of its potentialities?" - Emma Goldman
