Article I - Ministries of the Government of the Majatran Republic of Al'Badara
Section 1 - This section outlines the names and leadership of the Ministries of the Government of the Majatran Republic of Al'Badara:

-- Ministry of Majatran and Foreign Affairs :: Minister of Majatran and Foreign Affairs
-- Ministry of Internal Affairs :: Minister of Internal Affairs
-- Ministry of Finance :: Minister of Finance
-- Ministry of Defense :: Minister of Defense
-- Ministry of Justice :: Minister of Justice
-- Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport :: Minister of Infrastructure and Transport
-- Ministry of Health and Social Services :: Minister of Health and Social Services
-- Ministry of Education and Culture :: Minister of Education and Culture

Section 2 - The Ministries of Al'Badara are responsible for carrying out policies, agreements, directives and orders of the President, the Prime Minister, Council of Ministers and the People's Council;
Section 3 - Each minister and ministry of the government is automatically granted a seat on the Council of Ministers of the government, the two Deputy Prime Ministers are also automatically granted a seat;
Section 4 - Individuals may be appointed to the status of State Minister, State Ministers hold a position as full ministers of the government in either specific or general areas and are considered to be full members of the government and are automatically granted a seat on the Council of Ministers;
Section 5 - Ministers of the government cannot be members of the national legislature or elected bodies of sub-national divisions within the state.

Article II - Council of Ministers of the Government of the Majatran Republic of Al'Badara
Section 1 - The Council of Ministers shall serve as a collective council for advising the President and the Prime Minister on specific areas of the government;
Section 2 - Each ministry is automatically granted a seat on the Council of Ministers and their seat may not be revoked unless the ministry is removed as being a government ministry;
Section 3 - The composition of the Council of Ministers includes the 13 ministries, the two Deputy Prime Ministers, the State Ministers and anyone appointed with the confirmation of the People's Council;

This law will come into effect at the expiration of ten days after the date of passing.
